We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Assistant for this long term, temporary position in Leicester. This is an office based role.

Description

• Processing invoices and expense claims.
• Reconciling supplier statements.
• Managing the payment run process.
• Ensuring accurate financial records are maintained.
• Supporting month-end closing activities.
• Resolving accounts payable issues promptly.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes within the finance team.
• Maintaining and fostering relationships with suppliers.

Profile

• A strong background in finance or accounting.
• Exceptional numerical abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
