At our education agency, we believe that every child has the right to a quality education, regardless of their special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). That's why we are seeking learning support assistants and teaching assistants with a background in SEND to work in mainstream and SEN settings around North Somerset. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children with SEND, and who have the skills and experience necessary to support them in their learning and development.

Requirements:

  • Background in social care, psychology, mental health support, nursing, or other related fields (preferred)
  • Experience working with children with SEND (preferred)
  • Ability to work in mainstream and SEN settings around North Somerset/ South Bristol (essential)
  • Strong desire to support others and have a nurturing personality (essential)
  • Available full-time (5 days a week, 8:30am-3:30pm) or on a supply basis (at least two days a week)
