We have had new exciting long term position just become available and the school are looking for the right candidate to start immediately!
The Primary School is based in Manor Park and they are seeking to find a strong, experienced SEN TA to join their team on a long term basis. The position will start off as term cover after the Easter half term with a view to be extended into the new academic year.
The role will be based in their Key Stage 2 SEN base which is beautifully set out to fully support the SEN children with their different needs. You will be doing a lot of 1:1 support with the children and working in small groups.
We are looking for candidates that are very positive, nurturing, caring and someone who can be very patient with the children and fully their lead. You will be working with children who have different disabilities and needs so you need to be confident to work with children who may have;
• Dyslexia • Autistic Spectrum Condition (such as Aspergers Syndrome) • Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder • Emotional difficulties • Behavioural difficulties • Moderate global developmental delay • Learning difficulties • Non Verbal
You will need to be available to start as soon as possible as the school are looking to hold trial days as early as next week.
You will be required to work a full school day which is 8.30am - 3.45pm. 5 days a week (Monday - Friday).
