A lovely, community Primary School in Camden is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to support a child with SEMH in KS2

The Role

As an SEMH Teaching Assistant you will be providing 1 to 1 support for a pupil in year YR6. The child has social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs and requires support in order to access learning and within social situations across the school. You will work closely with the class teacher and the SENCO to ensure the pupil has the support they require and you will be involved in assessments and provide regular feedback. As an SEMH Teaching Assistant you will need to have a confident, positive and resilient approach. You will also be required to support across the classroom as required.
