Security Contracts Manager
Universal Security is a well-established and dynamic independently owned provider of manned security services in London and the South East. We are continuing a period of significant growth and are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to supplement our existing team who are dedicated to providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a diverse portfolio of business - providing best in class service.
- Developing and maintaining client relationships whilst providing a professional service.
- Managing a team of security personnel ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and offering support and guidance to the team.
- Monitoring contract performance using appropriate SLAs and KPIs - with a proactive service delivery ethos.
- Negotiating contract terms (such as annual reviews).
Personal Qualities
- IT literate - ability to use a range of management software, performance measurement tools and Microsoft packages.
- Able to work unsupervised and as part of the wider business team.
- A natural problem solver and decision maker.
- Sound people management skills.
- A good working knowledge of contract and employment law.
- Financially astute with the ability to understand contract costs and margins.
- Flexible approach to service delivery as we operate a 24/7 business.
Other Requirements
- Must hold a current and valid SIA Front Line Licence.
- A demonstrable grasp of portfolio management.
- Creative and innovative.
- Strong presentation and influencing skills
- A real passion for delivering excellent customer service.
