Rutland Water Park is the perfect place to enjoy time outdoors, welcoming visitors who come to relax from their daily hustle and bustle or just catch up with friends and family while walking around the park. Offering a range of activities ranging from mini golf, a beach, a 23-mile cycling/walking trail and that's where we need your help!

As part of our grounds maintenance team, you will help to maintain the high standards that we look to achieve throughout the year. You will help to keep Rutland Water Park tidy and free from litter and assist the Park staff with any other tasks that may be required.

You'll be responsible for carrying out a regular litter collection at Rutland Water Park during weekend and peak periods, empty litter bins on the Park and carry out any other tasks that may be required by the Grounds Team.

  • Excellent customer service skills especially in a retail or an outdoor environment

  • Excellent communication and social skills

  • Ability to be flexible and willingness to learn

We are offering a flexible contract with hours that work around your current commitments, you'll be available to work during school holidays and weekends which are our busiest time.
