ScrumMaster - DevOps - 4 Days PW - West London

My client, a Data Business in West London, are looking for ScrumMaster with a strong DevOps experience.

The role requires with 4 days on site in West London and is paying £65,000

Below is the detail of the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach the development team on Agile principles and Scrum framework.
• Ensure that the team follows Scrum values and practices.
• Work alongside the Product Owner to manage the product backlog.
• Lead and help the team estimate and plan sprints.
• Track and report team progress to stakeholders

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.

Skills

• Excellent knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum framework.
• Excellent communication
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Strong experience with DevOps practices and tools.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Good working software engineering practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD). DA
