An exciting time for a self-starting Scrum Master to join a leading Retail Bank



Job Role: Scrum Master - Edinburgh / Hybrid

Rate: £500-£550/day (umbrella rate, flexible depending on experience)

Duration: 6 months

Start: ASAP

Edinburgh - hybirs

Summary:

  • Facilitate one or more Scrum teams
  • Setting up Scrum ceremonies and hosting them (Product Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective)
  • Ensure collaborative working amongst Scrum team members
  • Remove impediments raised in the Daily Scrum meeting to ensure progress
  • ensure the product backlog is in good order
  • ensure the product vision and roadmap is on track

Experience:

Financial services experience is essential

  • Strong knowledge and experience of Agile frameworks, Scrum/Kanban/SAFe™ principles
  • and practices
  • Strong knowledge and experience of waterfall methodologies
  • Scrum Master certified
  • Working knowledge of JIRA™ and ConfluenceFinancial Services Experience is essential
  • Agile Coaching experience
