This is an exciting opportunity to apply for a Science Teacher post at a secondary school in Woking. They're an oversubscribed, mixed, multi-cultural high school in Surrey and have an excellent, supportive Science department with a tremendous record of both exam success and of developing students and staff.

The school are keen to meet teachers and will also consider science graduates who want to train as teachers to teach KS3-KS4 science. If you can deliver dynamic and engaging lessons in science, we'd love to hear from you. You'll be joining a tight-knit team, working towards raising student attainment through outstanding teaching. You'll also receive ongoing support and training from the school. The successful applicant will have experience teaching science across KS3-KS4.

Skills and experience required

• Confident teaching science at KS3-KS4
• Be proven to raise and maintain attainment levels, keeping standards high
• Be an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual who leads by example
• Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills with excellent behaviour management strategies

The applicant must hold an enhanced DBS on the update service.
