Currently, we are seeking a skilled School Administrator to join our passionate team and contribute to the smooth operation of one of Bradford's leading secondary schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the school's administrative systems efficiently and effectively.
  • Overseeing student records, including attendance and assessments.
  • Liaising with staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders professionally.
  • Coordinating events and managing schedules.
  • Handling correspondence and communications promptly and accurately.
  • Assisting with financial administration tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in school administration or a similar role is essential.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office and school management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
