Scheme Service Coordinator

I am working with a local housing organisation who are searching for a Scheme Service Coordinator.

Contract Role

You will be responsible for Housing Management at a sheltered housing scheme to ensure it is well run and the building is safe and secure for residence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide basic tenancy advice and service to all residents when necessary
• Assist with managing rent arrears
• Referring residents to specialist agencies for additional support if there is a well-being concern
• Provide assistance with letting the empty homes by supervising on viewings
• Ensure repairs and faults are quickly fixed
• Work with internal colleagues to help with support within well-being services
• Support with tenancy audits
• Safeguarding the tenants
