Due to continued success we are looking for experienced Sales Valuer to join the team, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern and vibrant estate agency who pride themselves on providing a first class customer service.

We are looking for a enthusiast and motivated Sales valuer local to the Brislington area. If you are looking for a new challenge with a excellent working environment then this could be the opportunity for you.

Duties for Sales Valuer

  • Generating and conduct market valuations.
  • Ensure all office systems/service standards are adhered to
  • Business development
  • Able to build relationships with both buyers and vendors.
  • Good knowledge of the local and surrounding areas.
  • Working towards targets.
  • Offer training and support to other team members.

Skills for Sales Valuer

  • At least 1 years’ experience in a Sales Valuer role
  • Excellent communicator
  • Highly organized
  • Full drivers license

Package Sales Valuer

  • £24,000 - £25,000 OTE £40,000
  • Monday to Friday 9am- 5:30pm 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am-4pm
