Sales Valuer/Assistant Sales Manager

Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join their team as a Sales Valuer/Assistant Sales Manager. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales, valuing properties accurately, and supporting the overall sales operation of the agency.

Key Responsibilities for the Sales Valuer/Assistant Sales Manager:

  • Conduct property valuations with accuracy and confidence, leveraging your knowledge of the local market to provide realistic and competitive pricing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct viewings and negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, striving to achieve the best possible outcomes for all parties involved.
  • Support the sales team in achieving targets and objectives, providing guidance and assistance where necessary.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall efficiency of the agency.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in estate agency, preferably with a focus on the sales side of the business and property valuations.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong knowledge of the local housing market, including current trends, pricing dynamics, and local amenities.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technology used in estate agency operations.
  • Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
