Sales Support Executive
Hybrid - Epsom Office During Induction moving to Hybrid Working + Occasional Travel for Meetings or Training
£30,000 - £35,000 Basic + Bonus
Plus Benefits

Hours: 9am - 5pm (some flexibility to hours if required)

The Sales Support Executive Role:

We are on the hunt for a Sales Support Executive to work alongside and support our commercial team. Your brilliance, attention to detail, administrative in CRM reporting and research skills will empower our team to focus on winning and closing new business.

As Sales Support Executive, you will thrive in a collaborative team environment yet demonstrate a strong sense of self-motivation and the ability to independently drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage their responsibilities, contributing to our team's success through insightful analysis and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Working closely with the sales team to understand their needs and challenges and providing CRM and Salesforce solutions that enhance their productivity
+ Taking ownership of in-depth analysis of the pre-sales customer journey
+ Utilising CRM, Salesforce and existing customer segmentation to analyse existing customer profiles and identify potential leads
+ Creating custom reports and dashboards within Salesforce that provide the sales team with actionable insights into customer behaviour, sales trends, and potential leads
+ Ensuring high-quality data is maintained within Salesforce
+ Establishing a feedback loop with the sales team to continuously refine Salesforce/CRM processes and strategies based on outcomes and insights

About you:

+ Ability to research the right people for our sales team to engage with.
+ SDR / Lead-Gen / Lead Research / Business Dev experience
+ Data analytical skills
+ Super organised administrative skills
+ Driven and self-motivated
+ Ability to independently drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision
+ Eager to develop and learn
+ Sales CRM experience. Previous experience with Salesforce is advantageous (willingness and ability to learn new tools is non-negotiable).
