Responsibilities of the Sales Support Assistant:

• Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries and orders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, being the first point of contact
• Process and manager orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery
• Raise invoices and chase where needed
• Apply for and complete any necessary certificates and documents
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve any issues or concerns
• Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations for the sales manager
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
• Investigate customer claims
