Great opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator to join a leading luxury goods supplier located in North London.

You will play a crucial role in providing administrative assistance to the logistics team facilitating smooth and efficient operations, and contributing to the overall success of the business.

This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities and strong IT skills.

Generous holidays are on offer alongside parking and great working hours (9am-5pm Monday-Friday).

Key Responsibilities:
- Order processing
- Verify order accuracy, product availability and pricing
- Input order details into in-house database
- Inventory management
- Monitor stock levels and conduct regular stock checks
- Ensure shipping orders are delivered on time
- Schedule deliveries in coordination with haulage companies
- Prepare delivery notes and invoices
- Maintain up-to-date records of delivery receipts and proof of delivery
- General administration support to the team

Key skills:
- IT skills including MS Excel
- Experience in logistics/order management
- Proficiency in English both verbal and written
