With a global presence, this company is one of the main specialists in sensors and systems for position measurement, identification, and object detection, for the manufacturing sector.

They are seeking a Sales Support & Administration Specialist to work within the internal sales department.

You will be -

  • Creation and tracking of opportunities, quotations, and orders.
  • Confirming Orders with Customers
  • Administration duties
  • Customer feedback, and resolution of problems.
  • Handling any customer complaints

What we are looking for -

  • A sales or sales support background in an engineering/manufacturing/parts-type company would be a massive advantage.
  • Good commercial knowledge
  • Good communication skills
  • Good self-management and -motivation
  • Telephone skills
  • Customer-orientation
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PP, Outlook)
  • Desirable - Good SAP / SD skills & Basic CRM Skills Input

Salary range between 27k to 30k

Location is Northwich, Cheshire
