Our product lines are developed and marketed under some of the top brands within the fitness industry including adidas and Reebok.
 
Job Specification
Your key duties will include:
  • Processing EMEA and some European sales orders and invoices
  • Liaising with factories and raising purchase orders
  • Updating online tracking system
  • Resolving customer queries
  • Assisting in aspects of administration on an adhoc basis
  • Manage and maintain filing
  • Answering calls and emails from customers and factories
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have:
 
  • Previous sales/purchase order processing experience
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Well organised with good attention to detail
  • Able to work to strict deadlines
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Friendly and outgoing personality with a positive 'can do' attitude
  • Knowledge of bank LC handling desirable but not essential
  • Languages desirable but no essential
