Sales Order Processor

Adecco are recruiting on behalf of an incredibly special client based in Irlam who are expanding their team due to the business growing an very fast pace.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Order Processor to join their sales team and take inbound enquiries over the telephone, email and social media platforms.

This is a permanent, full-time role with a salary dependent on experience.

Your Daily Duties:

• Deal with inbound sales enquires for 3 brands
• Utilise a number of platforms to respond to customers and ultimately grow customer base
• Use MS Outlook - emails, bespoke company software, social media, company website to respond to customer enquiries
• Answer inbound calls from customers and talk them through the brands within the business and products offered
• Learn about the company products so you are best placed to support valued customers
• Support customers throughout their purchasing/buying journey with company
• Predominantly processing inbound sales enquiries from customers
• Warm sales calls/leads - no cold calling or targeting new business

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (no weekends) 9:00am - 5:00pm

Hybrid Working Model - Work from home 2 days per week after probation period - set out on a rota

Salary - Dependent on candidate experience

Location: Irlam, Manchester
