Are you an experienced Sales Negotiator looking to join a thriving independent estate agency?

Our client is a respected, successful, and rapidly growing independent estate agency, and due to constant business growth, they are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their friendly team South of Loughton.

Working days:

As a Sales Negotiator, you will be required to work 5 days per week.

Salary package on offer:

  • Basic salary circa £18,000 - could be more for the right person
  • £35,000+ OTE (Uncapped)
  • Market-leading commission structure
  • Quarter bonuses if targets are met

Sales Negotiator requirements:

  • Sales negotiating experience
  • Team player
  • Ambitious and highly driven
  • Clean driving licence & own vehicle

The role of a Sales Negotiator will involve the following:

  • Successfully negotiate offers
  • Drive the business forward by offering excellent customer service
  • Arrange and attend viewings
  • Greeting buyers & vendors
  • Registering customers
  • Matching requirements & arranging viewings
  • Calling out new properties
