As a Sales Negotiator, your working hours are:

• Monday to Friday 9 am - 5.30 pm
• 1 in 2 Saturdays 9 am - 2 pm

In return, our clients are offering the successful Sales Negotiator:

• £24,000 basic
• OTE £30,000
• Business mileage

Ideally, to be considered for the Sales Negotiator role you must have the following:

• Experience as a Sales Negotiator or in the property sector
• Knowledge of the local area - preferable
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Excellent interpersonal skill
• Driven and works well under pressure.
• Personable, Team player

Key tasks of a Sales Negotiator will include, but will not be limited to:

• Building quick rapport with customers and 3rd party contacts
• Booking and conducting viewings
• Negotiating property sales
• Sales progression
• Working to achieve KPI targets.
• Delivering excellent customer service
