Sales Negotiator

Busy Ormskirk Town Centre Estate Agency need an additional member of staff to join our team to help us maintain our superior levels of customer service. Job Description:

  • Conducting overflow property valuations would be a BIG bonus.
  • Undertake viewings.
  • Maintain regular vendor and potential purchaser contact.
  • Provide feedback to vendors at the earliest convenience.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all properties being marketed to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Provide property details to potential buyers and ensure properties are matched as closely as possible to the established needs of potential purchasers.
  • Take offers and negotiate sales.
  • Record applicants and produce matches.
  • Prepare information and keys for the accompanied viewer.
  • To undertake viewings on a regular basis.
  • Liaising with estate agents, solicitors, and surveyors.

Essential Experience:

Experience:

  • Estate Agency: 2 years (required)
  • You will be required to have strong negotiating skills.
  • Good computer skill.
  • Excellent communication skills both face to face and over the telephone.
  • Smart appearance.
  • Good timekeeping.
  • Good local geographical knowledge.
  • Full driving license and own transport.
