As a market leader our client who is an independent Estate Agency enjoy an enviable reputation for integrity and professionalism and are seeking a like minded individual to join their team as a Sales Negotiator at their Docklands, East London office.

You will have estate agency experience, with a proven track record and will be passionate about the industry in which you work.

Principle Responsibilities:

Handling enquiries generated from the internet, telephone and walk-ins, in a professional manner
Generate and accompany viewing and maintain feedback with all parties and negotiate offers
Be responsible for maintaining records on internal databases
Marketing of properties
Contribute to general running and profitability of the sales department
Any ad-hoc duties

Required Skills:

Experience working as a Sales Negotiator
Excellent customer service skills
You must be highly driven and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with clients and buyers
Proven track record in closing deals
Full clean driving licence and own car

Basic £23,000 - £27,000 depending on experience

£50,000 realistic OTE 1st year
