The Role
Reporting to the UK Managing Director, supporting a state of the art, purpose-built UK manufacturing facility, responsible for:

• Commercial strategy origination and delivery
• Recruitment, development, leadership of a high performing sales and marketing team
• Significant branded and private label market share growth

The Person
High-profile, experienced, FMCG commercial leader:

• Hands on, strategy originator, commercial relationship builder, exemplary executor
• Team player, inspirational leader, excellent communicator, influences and persuades at all levels
• Personal credibility, determination, vision and drive
• Household Cleaning category experience or similar, desirable but not essential
