Sales Manager

Location: East Finchley, London

Salary:  Basic £25,000-£30,000, OTE £70k+, +car allowance. Based on charisma, experience, abilities, and adaptability

Car Allowance: £300 per month

Commission: Details to be explained during the interview

My client is looking for a Sales Manager to join a fantastic team in East Finchley. This branch in particular is a gold mine, and needs a hungry, driven individual to come in and utilise the stock accordingly.This is a chance to work with an esteemed Manager who also trains estate agents as a second job. If you think you're good...he'll make you BETTER.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (includes one day off during the week)
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (one Saturday off every 5 weekends)

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, ambitious, and driven Sales Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team to achieve outstanding results. This role requires a hands-on approach and a strong ability to adapt quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance.
  • Provide training and support to team members.
  • Foster a positive and competitive team environment.

Candidate Profile:

  • Lives within a 6-mile radius of Muswell Hill/Crouch End.
  • Hungry for success, ambitious, and driven.
