Sales Lister/Valuer (Estate Agency)

Our client are a well-known independent Estate Agency in Leigh on Sea who are looking to recruit a Valuer/Sales Lister to join their busy office.

In this role you will be responsible for:

·Generating and conducting sales valuations
·Converting valuations into instructions
·Maintain strong relationships with vendors
·Marketing of new instructions
·Generating new business opportunities
·Contribute to general running and profitability of office

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

·Previous Estate Agency experience
·Driven and organised
·Strong people person
·Professional with exceptional customer service skills
·Well presented and articulate
·Able to work under own initiative
·Full UK driving licence

Basic salary in the region of £25-27,000 with on target earnings in the region of £45,000.

This would be depending on level of experience
