SALES & LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Estate Agent

Location: Chiswick, W4

Salary: OTE £40k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

Our client is a successful independent estate and lettings agency that specialises in prime riverside homes and they are urgently seeking an experienced estate agent with exceptional Sales and / or Lettings Negotiation skills.

The ideal candidate must have solid background and experience in residential estate agency with excellent achievements in both selling and / or renting property and spotting new business opportunities.

You will have previous property sales and / or lettings experience, be highly motivated, enthusiastic, and ready to hit the ground running!

The company are offering an extremely competitive salary package, negotiable dependent on experience. Skills: The skills required for this Sales and Lettings Negotiator role will include:

• Residential sales and / or lettings experience essential
• Knowledge of riverside properties beneficial
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to general new business
• Excellent customer service skills
• Well-spoken and well-presented
• Knowledge of the local market area
• Target driven and dynamic
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent spoken and written English
