Sales Executive
Location: Leeds
Salary: £25,000 - 30,000 DOE plus commission
Hours: Monday – Friday between 08:30 – 17:30

The Opportunity
This is an exciting role joining a growing printing business, who have shown strong growth and have a huge desire to succeed. Reporting directly to the Sales Team Manager, you will be managing leads, converting sales and ensuring repeat business happens.

The Role
You will have full autonomy whilst being responsible for selling and account managing. You will be:
  • Identifying growth opportunities to increase sales
  • Building strong working relationships across all levels ensuring high market share
  • Developing personal and commercial brands
  • Driving confidence in products to increase sales
  • Ensuring orders are completed to client specifications
  • Develop lasting working relationships

The Ideal Candidate
At this stage in your career, you will be self-disciplined, have a strong personal drive to achieve and have the confidence to converse with anyone. Further to this, you will:
  • Have the ability to hit KPIs and strive for more
  • Experience of working within a fast-paced, proactive customer service and sales environment
  • Friendly, approachable and driven to succeed
  • Have a strong attention to detail
