My client is a leading developer known for crafting exceptional living spaces and delivering homes to communities. They are currently looking for a Sales Consultant to join their busy team to work on this luxury site.

As a Sales Consultant, you'll guide potential buyers through finding and purchasing their dream homes, providing personalised support every step of the way.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential buyers, showcasing homes and explaining the buying process.
  • Conduct site visits, highlighting unique features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with the to team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Previous property sales experience is required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational abilities.
  • Knowledge of local housing market trends a plus.

  • Basic salary up to £28k, £45k OTE.
  • 1 full weekend off a month, 2 consecutive days off in the week.
