Sales Engineer required for an established engineering company that provide innovative heat transfer solutions to a variety of industries worldwide. The ideal candidate will come from a similar background and be within a commutable of Alcester.

Sales Engineer Position Overview

  • Drive global sales initiatives
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Conduct presentations and oversee sales strategy execution
  • Collaborate with the proposals engineer and engineering team to establish profit margins and sales values.
  • Attend industry events and manage CRM data meticulously
  • Provide regular sales forecasts to management to inform decision-making

Sales Engineer Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Sales or business development background, ideally in engineering or industrial sectors.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
