Birmingham Staff is currently looking for an experienced Sales Director based in the West Midlands located near Wolverhampton/Birmingham. The successful Sales Director will join a company within the Health Care Sector with fantastic progression and potential to earn a six-figure plus salary.

Job Role:
The successful candidate will have experience leading a sales team in a similar role. For this role the successful candidate will use their strong communication skills, budget management experience and great track record of growing business and revenue to drive the business forward. There is opportunity for growth in this role with a clear career path to become Group Sales Director.

Their team is made up of self-motivated and experienced individuals that will be overseen by the successful candidate. The business is a manufacturing client who sell specialised equipment to the healthcare sector so any understanding or previous experience dealing within these types of goods would be advantageous.

Skills/Experience Required:

Essential

- Experience leading sales teams and a hands-on approach is key.
- Strong and confident communicator both over the phone and face to face.
- Proven track record of success within sales.

- Budget management experience.

Desirable
- Experience and proven track record of successful building an SME growth business.

- Technical manufacturing or product sales.

- Experience training and coaching sales teams
