Sales and Customer Service Coordinator
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Location: Norwich
  • Salary: £25,000 - £27,000

We are seeking a Sales and Customer Service Coordinator to join our clients team. You will assist customers in identifying and purchasing products, as well as sourcing products externally. The role involves selling, purchasing, and managing logistics to ensure high-class customer service and to drive the company’s growth and revenue through sales maximisation.

Day to day of the role:
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Process sales orders and purchase orders on the company’s operational system.
  • Book and manage transport as necessary.
  • Liaise with suppliers on delivery and collection schedules.
  • Manage stock levels where necessary.
  • Ascertain customers’ needs and recommend products that meet their requirements.
  • Manage sales to customers and keep up to date with product information.
  • Accurately describe product features and benefits.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service.
  • Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficiency in English with solid communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service focus with a friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.
  • Basic administration skills and proficiency in common software programs such as Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and self-driven.
