Techunite Ltd are recruiting for a Sales Coordinator to join a global and leading technology solutions company. You will be supporting a variety of sales operation teams maintaining good customer relationships and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

This can be a worked as a remote based role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure orders are shared with the correct sales team member when received.
  • Monitor the order processing system and ensure internal cases are being handled timely by the different departments
  • Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries or customer escalations
  • Generate quotes when required to assist sales team.
  • Assist in qualifying new leads

Key Experience and Skills Required:

  • Highly motivated team player
  • Sales knowledge is a plus.
  • A commitment to providing good customer service
  • The ability to quickly and accurately enter information, produce documentation, and supply information
  • Strong written and oral communication abilities
  • Good numeric skills and capable of multi-tasking
