GKR International is delighted to partner with our client as they grow their sales team. The client has just moved in to bigger, brand new premises in the heart of Manchester City Centre.

Position: Property Investment Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to understand their investment goals, risk tolerance, and financial objectives.
Market Research: Stay informed about current real estate market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
Property Portfolio Management: Build and manage a diverse portfolio of investment properties tailored to meet the unique needs of clients.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the investment process.

What we need in you:

At least 1 years experience within Real Estate – whether this is within Investment or Estate Agency, it is essential you have acquired and developed sales skills within the UK Real Estate market, achieving and surpassing sales targets.
Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Client-focused: A customer-centric approach with a genuine interest in helping clients achieve their financial goals through property investment.
Self-Motivated: A self-starter with a high level of motivation and the ability to work independently.
