We are so excited to be working with a hugely successful client in Borehamwood who are Top 5 in their industry. This exciting opportunity is for an experienced Sales Professional to take on the role of the Sales and Retention Advisor. If you have a passion for Pets and People, we want to hear from you!

Your main focus will be to advise Customer on their new or existing Insurance, supporting the customers on their journey and ensuring maximum retention.

Explain and promote insurance policies to new and existing customers

Maximise sales opportunities primarily through inbound channels

Liaising with customers to be able to identify and respond to their needs, resolving queries by liaising with any relevant parties

Deliver good outcomes for both customer and company policy

Handle objections effectively, to retain customers and offer them the best deals

Role requirements:

Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

Previous experiences within Sales, Retention and KPI targets

Confident on the phone and with customers

Excellent telephone manner

The ability to communicate effectively
