Sales and Project Manager - High End Furniture
We are recruiting for a Sales and Project Manager on behalf of a leading, very well-established furniture design and manufacturing business. The company produce furniture for a large portfolio of leading, luxury interior designers for a range of residential and commercial projects including bars, clubs, yachts, restaurants.
This opportunity combines both sales and project management. It would suit someone with a technical mind who has a strong understanding of furniture design and production coupled with a sales or account management background. Ideally applicants will have dealt with some of the leading high-end interior designers and are accustomed to the demand and challenges that arise within this sector.
In summary the role will involve:
Submitting Project tender packs
Setting out schedules and overseeing the production of projects
Managing the entire delivery phase
Working with existing clients to propose solutions to meet their project briefs
Liaising with architects, procurement companies and collaborating with hotel contractors
Managing relationships with clients and ensuring ongoing business
Site visits
Applicants will need experience of reading and understanding CAD drawings along with an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. A few years of experience working with furniture in a production, design and sales capacity will also be required.
This is a fantastic role where every project is unique and different. Although its office based you will also be out on site when required to meet with clients alongside the Commercial and Sales Director. The business consists of over 200 staff. This role is based from the studio in South West London. This is a permanent, full-time role. Monday to Friday.
