Experienced Sales & Lettings Coordinator is needed with excellent customer service to represent this established successful Estate Agency in North West London.

My client is looking for a Sales and Lettings coordinator who can be responsible for this residential Estate Agency helping with enquiries from clients, tenants, vendors and buyers, face-to-face, on the phone and via email and providing support to the Sales and Lettings teams. The Sales and Lettings coordinator will be marketing their properties on line via social media, uploading property instructions, dealing with property portals, keeping their database and property lists up to date, logging keys, preparing marketing packs and appraisals, dealing with Solicitors, photos, floor plans, and brochures and happy to generally help with any other compliance and office administration where's needed.

The Successful person must be a team player with a friendly attitude who is very efficient and have an excellent eye for detail.
