Are you an experienced Home Sales Advisor looking for a new opportunity with a new and upcoming House Builder based in the Yorkshire region?

You will be joining a company who are dedicated to getting people onto the property ladder by providing low-cost homes throughout the North of England.

This is a very passionate and driven business, where you will be joining a tight knit team who are devoted to ensuring their customers are more than satisfied with their homes.

Responsibilities:

  • As a Sales Advisor you will help customers find their dream home by providing excellent customer service throughout the sale process.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive local knowledge including amenities, schools, transport links and understand the competition.
  • Have a thorough understanding of our products and pricing.
  • Be able to effectively follow up enquiries and be able to convert to site visits.
  • Be able to qualify customers, establishing their moving position and timescales, their needs and financial situation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Natural ability to engage and influence people.
  • Motivated to work to demanding goals and targets.
  • Excellent selling ability
  • Full UK Driving licence and own transport.
