Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday - Thursday, Friday 9:00am to 3:00pm.
Quality personnel are looking for a sales administration assistant to join our well established Pharmaceutical client based near Buckingham. The successful applicant will need to be a driver with a car due to location.
Job responsibilities
" Analysis of existing customer base with a view to expanding interaction, developing new contacts and ultimately identifying new opportunities.
" Work with sales team to pass on opportunities, providing full briefing on each opportunity, products of interest, potentially supplier qualification process, production qualification process and lead times.
" Receiving enquiries from our customers, setting them up on the CRM system and progressing some leads.
" Assist with the process of sourcing products when required from our network of suppliers.
" Working with sales support, identify accounts that have not purchased recently with a view to contacting them to re-establish supply.

The successful candidate;
" Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
" Good organisational skills
" Some experience of lead generation would be advantageous.
" Strong Microsoft Office skills
