Sales Administrator – Immediate start!

Full Time – Temporary ongoing  

Location: Coalville

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm 

Basic Salary: £11.44 Per Hour

Benefits: Great engineering office culture, 28 Days Annual Leave Entitlement Incl Bank Holidays, Free Car Parking, Ongoing temporary role. 

Sales Administrator role:

  • Working within a friendly office atmosphere
  • Confirming installations via telephone and email
  • Managing customer queries
  • Processing customer orders and return visits
  • Booking hotels, installations and delivery
  • Supportive other administrative tasks as and when required.
  • Work in a fast paced environment demonstrating attention to detail.

Sales Administrator requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrator or Sales support Administrator  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient computer skills, including expertise in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and an empathetic approach when dealing with colleagues.
