Sales Administrator

Doncaster Showroom

Are you passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and keen to join a forward-thinking company? We are a premier installer of conservatories and double-glazing products and are looking for experienced and dedicated Sales Administrators at our Doncaster showroom. This role involves being the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service both over the phone and in person, and handling a variety of administrative duties to support our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist showroom visitors and handle customer inquiries.
  • Maintain showroom presentation and manage security procedures, securing the premises at the end of the day.
  • Process transactions, issue documents, and update our CRM system.
  • To provide basic cashiering duties - taking payments both in person and by telephone.
  • To call customers on hold awaiting installation dates or where deposits are due.
  • Providing a clerical support to the sales team and co-ordinating activities

  • The ability to measure sizes accurately with the relevant measuring tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good problem-solving skills
