Sales Administrator | Derby, Raynesway | £23,000 - £25,000 (Dependant on experience)
40 hours per week - Office based

Cherry Professional are currently working on a unique opportunity to join ourDerby based client as a Sales Administrator. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and organised Sales Administrator who will be the point of contact for the customer sales team. You will play a crucial role in processing all customer orders, setting up credit accounts plus a wide range of ad-hoc responsibilities 

What we're looking for:

- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate professionally and confidently with clients, contractors and team members
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly encouraged 
- An enthusiastic and proactive individual with a passion for providing an excellent service in a high volume position
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel


The job responsibilities include:


- Processing sales orders 
- Liaising with the sales team and contractors
- Respond to general email enquiries promptly and efficiently
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning, and document management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Undertake special projects and tasks as assigned by management to contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the office
