The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are on the hunt for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a highly regarded client of ours based on the outskirts of Southampton. This position serves as a permanent opportunity for someone to join a team, providing essential administrative support to the sales department.

Our client seeks someone with motor trade experience as a Vehicle Sales or Fleet administrator. Experience with Pinnacle software would be advantageous!!

Responsibilities of a Sales Administrator:

Coordinate with the sales team to process vehicle orders according to sales orders.

Handle all pre-delivery related administrative tasks efficiently.

Collaborate with the sales team and Sales Manager to finalise sales invoicing, ensuring comprehensive cost inclusion.

Input vehicle job sheet details into the Pinnacle system to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of pre-delivery work hours.

Arrange transportation and delivery of both stock and sold units.

Provide timely updates to the sales team on stock activity to ensure awareness of current stock status.

The Package:

Basic salary of up to £27,000 [Including a £1,200 bonus paid £100 per month]!!!

23 days holiday a year & Opportunities to develop a career!!

Monday to Friday hours [35 - 40 hours per week]!!!
