Sales Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Administering sales leads in SalesForce from suppliers.
- Managing sales leads in SAP (internal system).
- Assisting customers with product troubleshooting; escalating to the support team if necessary.
- Following up on open tickets with the support team until completion.
- Administering sales opportunities in SalesForce and chasing status updates with the sales team.
- Sending out warranty expiry reminders 2-3 months before the expiry date.
- Preparing and sending customer quotations.
- Managing benchmark and preparation, including paperwork before handing it over to F&L for dispatch.
- Checking tender notifications, saving the documentation, and passing it onto the relevant teams.
- Attending trade events and providing support on the stands.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Previous administration experience.
- Energetic, dependable, and professional mindset.
- Working knowledge of SAP would be advantageous.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-driven with strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
Additional Information:
- On-site working – 9 AM – 5:30 PM
- 25 days holidays
