RTA Litigation Executive

A pre-eminent, UK leading Defendant Insurance practice with offices across the country, have an exciting opportunity for a RTA Small Claims Litigation Executive to join its well-established Defendant Motor department in Liverpool.

Experienced Paralegals or Fee Earners from a defendant background but also those with claimant experience are encouraged to apply (and will be given equal consideration). You will have responsibility for a caseload of litigated Motor/RTA claims (including Small Claims, some Fast Track claims & MOJ files) which you will handle from instruction through to completion on behalf of your insurer clients.

Your new role will see you working closely with the wider Defendant Motor team and you'll be fully supported by Team Leaders & Heads of Department to progress and further your career.

As an experienced Fee Earner/Paralegal you will:

• Assess the liability of each claim
• Negotiate with clients and Third Party Solicitors
• Have great time management & organisation
• Hit/meet your set performance targets & KPIs
• Ensure compliance with the SRA Code of Conduct
