A Media company based in Central London are looking for a Senior Royalties Assistant to join their finance team.

The Royalties team are a core function of the business. This role will help create a scalable function to manage previous growth and respond to future developments and opportunities. It is specifically related to ensuring the business accurately tracks, invoices and receives the royalties that are due in a timely fashion.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Format % budget fees
  • Track and chase for reporting from sales clients
  • Collaborate with third parties so that the business has the best information possible
  • Working with the Finance team for invoicing purposes
  • Payment Matching
  • Cash allocation including working to reduce the value of cash on account
  • Chase for payment in collaboration with Finance
  • Maintain and consolidate all-time data and reports
  • Preparing reports for Royalties and Finance for budgeting and forecast
  • Chase historical unreported royalties which may have generated revenue
  • Maintaining accurate and logical filing and records
