Room Attendant

Gi Group are have partnered up with a luxury 5 star hotel in Mayfair who are growing their housekeeping team !!!

Are you looking to work for a luxury hotel with amazing opportunities? Then this is the role for you!!

£13 per hour - £13.50 per hour

Room attendant responsibilities include changing towels, making beds and cleaning bathrooms. You will also address queries and make sure rooms are fully-stocked, clean and inviting at all times.

Responsibilities
- Change bed linen and make beds
- Replace used towels
- Sweep and mop floors
- Vacuum carpets
- Dust furniture
- Replenish bath care products (e.g. soap and shampoo)
- Restock beverages and food items in the mini-bar
- Clean public areas, like corridors
- Report any technical issues and maintenance needs
- Address guests' queries (e.g. on additional services)
- Help guests retrieve lost items
- Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift
- Follow hotel security guidelines

Requirements and skills
- MUST HAVE MINIMUM 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE
- Flexibility to work in shifts
- Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
- Excellent organisation skills
- Ability to follow instructions

Available shifts:

Monday to Friday:
8am - 4:30pm
10am - 6:30pm
12pm - 8:30pm
2pm - 10:30pm

Saturday - Sunday:
9am - 5:30pm
