Our client, a successful and well-established Law Firm located in Warwickshire is seeking to appoint an ambitious Risk & Compliance Team Leader to join their Debt Recovery Unit. The Role:

As the successful Risk & Compliance Team Leader, you will deliver an excellent client service, whilst managing and supervising a small team of compliance assistants.

• Ensure that service is delivered in line with SRA, FCA, Ofcom, CSA, as well as key legislation such as GDPR and Money Laundering Regulations.
• Ensure all training material is compliant with legislation

• Perform due diligence on new and existing suppliers and undertake a range of audits.
• Carry out checks on new businesses including conflict checks
• Hold regular sessions with Team Leaders, Managers, and agents to ensure consistency

About You:

Ideal for Risk & Compliance professionals with proven experience of managing compliance, quality and audit processes, preferably in a collection's environment.

Key attributes include good attention to detail, adept problem-solving skills, and managerial/supervisory experience
