I am delighted to be working with this highly ambitious and commercial organisation to help them recruit a Rewards and Benefits Manager. My client has established a strong reputation in a variety of sectors and are a leading UK and International organisation. Reporting to the Head of HR and managing a small team of Rewards professionals, the Rewards and Benefits Manager will be responsible for the organisations reward and benefits programme across all office locations. This role is pivotal in key decision making at senior Leadership level and leading the functions contribution to their company plans. This is an incredibly fast paced and varied role, with the opportunity to make an impact in driving the function forward. You will work closely with the HR Director, Head of HR and CEO to deliver annual pay review process for all staff, bench marking roles against the market and managing key stakeholders. You will also be accountable for the monthly PAYE Payroll and annual cyclical activity, managing the organisations pension scheme and regulatory obligations and leading the annual benefits renewal process.

Responsibilities' include:
* Implement and oversee reward and benefits policies and procedures.
* Leading the wellbeing initiatives
* Working closely with the HR Business Support team to manage benefit related queries and processes.
* Proactively monitor legislation and other changes and evaluate implications to the organisations policies and reward structures.
* Oversee Reward and benefits administration and reporting processes.
* Lead on various projects.

If you have an impressive background operating as a Reward Manager, and have a thorough understanding of benefits and pensions auto-enrolment regulations within a professional services organisation, this will be of great interest to my client. You will be a strategic thinker, have a commercial and pragmatic outlook, have excellent stakeholder management skills and have the ability to challenge the business.
