Our client is a highly successful travel organisation, dedicated to providing unforgettable travel experiences to customers worldwide. Retail Travel Manager - What You'll Do:

  • General Management: Drive the implementation of company strategy within the branch, ensuring the shop is visually appealing to maximize sales opportunities. Attend exciting supplier events to explore new commercial avenues and maintain excellent relationships with partners. Keep their social media channels buzzing with engaging content and maintain a pristine store environment.
  • Sales Management: Lead by example by monitoring and motivating your team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Communicate targets effectively and provide regular feedback and coaching to support their development. Manage online enquiries promptly and ensure no opportunity goes unnoticed.
  • Day-to-Day Sales Activity: Dive into the heart of the action! Provide customers with an unforgettable booking experience, crafting inspiring travel itineraries tailored to their needs. Be the expert at adding value to every sale and ensure no inquiry is left unanswered.

Retail Travel Manager - What experience do you need?

  • Retail Travel Manager Experience: Previous experience as a Retail Travel Manager is essential, demonstrating your ability to lead and manage a team in a retail travel environment.
  • Passion for Travel: A passion for travel and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
